A career within Risk, Regulatory and Compliance services, will provide you the opportunity to work with a team that supports clients with extensive risk and regulatory compliance technical knowledge and sector specific experience, also in relation to the governance challenges faced by financial institutions. You’ll have the opportunity to develop a holistic approach to risk that protects financial institutions, facilitates strategic decision making and enhances efficiency by assisting management in the assessment of project risks and controls. 
 
Our team helps clients assess, design and develop solutions to manage governance, regulatory compliance risks, as well as support Internal Audit teams of our clients in conducting their assessments. You’ll assist banks, insurance companies and payment services providers develop a consistent, coordinated, and sustainable strategy, while helping looking at innovative solutions to grow their business (AI, outsourcing, etc).  

If you have a first experience in the field of Compliance, more specifically in Fraud management, MiFID, IDD, PSD, but also in relation to Governance expectations in the financial services industry, non-financial risks, processes and controls testing through collaboration with Internal Audit teams, you are the person we are looking for!

As a Senior Consultant, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

About you

Master of (applied) economics, finance, civil engineering, business engineering (e.g. management information systems) or law, or another discipline with a relevant economic major, possibly via a second master or a PhD degree 

A first experience in the field of Compliance, more specifically in Fraud management, MiFID, IDD, PSD, but also in relation to Governance expectations in the financial services industry, non-financial risks, processes and controls testing through collaboration with Internal Audit teams 

A born team player who likes to take the initiative 

A critical, analytical mind 

Client-oriented, and an outstanding communicator 

Keen to keep learning and developing with a view to continued growth 

Fluent in Dutch and/or French, as well as in English 

Open to learning new technologies such as AI, GenAI or data analytics skills
