Legacy Planning is growing and looking to hire a Financial Services Associate to join our Retirement Plan Services Team in the Blue Bell, PA location. Our mission is to make a significant impact in the lives of our clients, their families, and their communities through comprehensive and strategic financial planning.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Financial Services Associate for our Retirement Plan Services Team is designed for professionals with a few years of financial services experience, this role provides hands-on exposure to retirement plans, wealth management, and employee education, along with a clearly supported path to becoming a Wealth Management Advisor.
The Financial Services Associate will play a critical role in client experience, advisor support, and business development while progressively building the skills, knowledge, and licensing required to lead client relationships independently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Retirement Plan & Employee Education Support
Support employee education initiatives for retirement plan clientsAssist with creation and distribution of educational materials and presentationsCoordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings and education sessionsMaintain organized documentation related to education initiativesWealth Management & New Business Development
Support wealth management opportunities originating from retirement plansMaintain and update the wealth management opportunity pipelineAssist with events supporting education and wealth management growthClient Onboarding & Service
Support new client onboarding and account setupPrepare and process applications, transfers, and rollover paperworkTrack asset movement and ensure compliance requirements are metAssist with money movement and service requestsCRM, Systems & Process Management
Maintain accurate CRM records and internal client setupSupport OneNote, eMoney, and digital file organizationInvestment Review & Meeting Support
Schedule and prepare materials for investment reviewsDocument meeting notes and track follow-up itemsClient Experience & Department Growth
Provide proactive client communication and service updatesContribute ideas to improve processes and department efficiencyPROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT & GROWTH PATH
This role is designed with a clear path to becoming a Wealth Management Advisor through hands-on experience, mentoring, and licensing support.
QUALIFICATIONS
Series 7 and 65 required. If not currently held, tests would need to be taken and passed within the first 6 months of employment.
