Please find the details below.** **Role: Financial Services Administrative Professional** **Location: 3965 Dallas Parkway Frisco TX 75034 United States** **Duration: 12+ months** **Rate: $30/hr on W2** **Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Administrative Professional to support our client’s Death Settlement team within the financial services sector. This role is ideal for someone with a background in financial services and a strong commitment to customer service. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of sensitive client documentation and communications related to account settlements. **Key Responsibilities:** **Administrative Support:** • Print, organize, and prepare large document packets for mailing • Highlight and tag documents appropriately for client clarity • Pre-fill forms and ensure accuracy before distribution • Create FedEx labels and manage outbound mailings **Document & Data Management:** • Enter and organize information in SharePoint and Excel • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates **Technology & Systems:** • Navigate web-based platforms efficiently • Use Outlook for email communications **Client Interaction:** • Assist team members with basic client phone inquiries • Explain form purposes • Guide clients on where to sign documents • Provide empathetic and clear communication during sensitive conversations **Financial Understanding:** • Recognize differences between account types (e.g., IRA vs. non-taxable) • Understand basic banking operations including routing and account numbers • Apply financial acumen to ensure accurate handling of client accounts **Qualifications:** • Prior experience in financial services with knowledge of financial account types and tax implications • Strong customer service orientation • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) • Comfortable working with web-based platforms and CRM tools • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Strong written and verbal communication skills **Preferred Skills:** • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems • Familiarity with death settlement processes or estate administration **About ManpowerGroup, Parent Company of:** **Manpower, Experis, Talent Solutions, and Jefferson Wells** _ManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company, helps organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing, and managing the talent that enables them to win.
