The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,300.00 - $167,700.00 USD Annual. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.

Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Manager to oversee our financial reporting preparation. This role is responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and other ad hoc accounting requests. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting research experience.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly reporting package including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flowsPrepare quarterly and annual financial statements including footnotesCoordinate reviews and annual audit with external auditorsAssist in the adoption of new accounting pronouncementsPerform accounting research and analysis as needed and serve as a technical accounting resource for the CompanyAssist in preparation and review of 401k and statutory financial statements

Accounting

Assist in the monthly accounting close process for certain corporate accounting areasSupport special projects as needed, such as financial system implementations

Qualifications

5 years of public accounting and/or financial reporting experience, preferably in a multinational environment that is either publicly traded or private equity backedBig 4 experience is a plusStrong knowledge of General Accepted Accounting PrinciplesExperience with Hyperion Financial Management is a plusExcellent analytical, critical-thinking, communication, and leadership skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA required
