Job Title: Financial Reporting & Analysis Manager
Job Description
Serve as the primary finance business partner to Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Commercial, Regional Finance, Tax & Treasury Director. Transform financial and operational data into actionable insights that facilitate decision-making and promote profitable growth. Collaborate with the intercompany finance team to ensure inventory standards are updated in the system. Support cash flow forecasting, scenario planning, and liquidity management. Lead initiatives for process improvements to enhance month-end close, reporting, and financial analysis processes, including tools and systems such as M3, AARO, Power BI, and Excel Tools. Contribute to long-term financial strategy, including capacity expansion, cost reduction initiatives, and project tracking with profitability analysis. Conduct in-depth analysis of transfer pricing structures and assess their impact on local and regional margins. Enhance transparency and understanding of intercompany pricing, cost flows, and profitability drivers. Partner with Accounting, Tax, and Group Finance to ensure alignment with transfer pricing policies, IFRS, and GAAP.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary finance business partner to multiple departments, including Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and more.Translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights to support decision-making.Collaborate with the intercompany finance team to maintain updated inventory standards.Facilitate cash flow forecasting, scenario planning, and manage liquidity.Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting and analysis.Contribute to long-term financial strategies, focusing on capacity expansion and cost reduction.Perform comprehensive analysis of transfer pricing structures.Improve understanding of intercompany pricing and profitability drivers.Ensure alignment with IFRS and GAAP by working closely with Accounting, Tax, and Group Finance.Essential Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.5+ years of experience in FP&A or Finance, preferably in industrial manufacturing or project-based businesses.Strong skills in financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting.Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance leaders.Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial reporting tools.Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow interdependencies.Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
MBA or CFA/CPA is a plus.Experience with SQL or ERP systems like M3 and SAP.Experience in supporting project-based or POC revenue recognition businesses.Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain cost drivers.Knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP accounting principles and financial controls.Experience in transfer pricing.Skill in developing robust reporting and business analysis tools.Work Environment
The position requires working onsite for four days a week, specifically on Monday and Friday. The role is based in Pine Brook and is part of the finance team. The organization is growing and privately-owned, with plans to double in size, offering a career path into a managerial role in the future.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
Year-end they offer a bonus package. 50% based on company perf. And 50% on individual perf. Individual tied to measures and the company performance. They do have a very benefits package from a 401k package. Company match and. 8% of the salary for 401k. They do also have competitive health. Eligible after 90 days for 401k. Day one insurance.
