Financial Planning And Analysis Manager

Description

•\tDefines and maintains financial and operating metrics to be reported daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, and/or in real time.

•\tDevelops and maintains a running 3-year forecast for the income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows.

•\tPerforms variance and trend analysis, including budget versus actual and prior period variance comparatives.

•\tConstructs and maintains capital allocation analysis models, and new product development financial analysis.

•\tPrepares annual budget materials.

•\tContributes to acquisition, cash flow modeling, due diligence and data room management.

•\tSupports preparation of the financial components of quarterly board meeting materials

•\tSupports annual shareholder meeting and proxy filing.

•\tSupports finance and accounting team with special projects, including new software implementation and process improvements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Job Specifications:

Required Experience

•\tBachelor or Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance

•\t7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, finance, accounting, or comparable roles

•\tSolid understanding of Accounting/GAAP

•\tProficient with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word

•\tPossess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

•\tExperience with Workday Adaptive Planning

Preferred Experience:

•\tAdvanced Degree or CPA

•\tExperience with the following software and concepts: NetSuite and business intelligence tools

•\tExperience with mergers and acquisitions

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Bothell, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $111000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
