Summary

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst III prepares financial analysis, budgets, and forecasts. This is an intermediate level individual contributor role where one is responsible for developing specific analysis, forecasts and conducting small projects as directed.

Position Responsibilities:

Prepares monthly financial analysis, budgets, and forecastsExecutes financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts in support of business planningReviews, analyzes, and interprets financial & budgetary reports to develop observations and preliminary recommendationsPrepares and communicates variances to managementProvides interpretation of financial data in spreadsheets, charts, and reportsMonitor headcount, FTE’s and spending to ensure budgets are metSupports the month end close and prepares monthly financial reporting packagesPerforms a variety of special projects, financial presentations, and financial analysisOther duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience5 – 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a government contracting and manufacturing environmentExperience with various financial planning & reporting tools

Other Qualifications & Desired Competencies:

Physical Demands

The salary range for this role is:

$88,000 - $124,740

This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”).
