Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Location

On-site role based in the Las Vegas office, Monday through Friday, with occasional travel for key projects

You must have at least 3+ years of solid financial analysis or FP&A experience and advanced Excel skills to be considered

Job Description

Support budgeting and financial forecasting by building and maintaining data-driven financial models Prepare financial reports on event profitability, operational expenses, and cash flow projections for the executive team Track actual versus projected costs for live productions and identify key variances and cost-saving opportunities Conduct profitability analysis by event, client, and venue to inform pricing and strategic decisions Analyze rental versus purchase decisions for production equipment and advise on ROI and asset optimization Monitor equipment utilization, depreciation, and maintenance costs to improve resource allocation and returns Track and report key KPIs such as cost per event, revenue per equipment type, and labor efficiency Assist with cash flow management, financing needs, and other strategic initiatives under the CFO’s direction Support M&A work, including financial due diligence, valuation modeling, projections, and integration support Collaborate closely with operations, production, and leadership to turn data into clear, actionable insights

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis (corporate, operations, or similar) Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field Advanced Excel skills, including complex modeling, data manipulation, and presentation Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting Background in asset-heavy, capital-intensive, or equipment-heavy industries is a strong plus M&A or deal analysis experience is a plus but not required Comfortable working on-site, communicating with executives, and presenting data-driven recommendations Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
