My client is part of a growing group of companies and need a hands-on Financial Manager who thrives on responsibility. You’ll manage end-to-end accounting for one or two entities, working closely with operations to drive financial clarity and insight.

What you’ll be doing:

Own the full accounting cycle — from supplier and customer invoicing to reconciliation's and month-end reporting Manage accounts payable and receivable with precision and follow-through Deliver accurate monthly management accounts and insightful variance analysis Lead cash-flow management and forecasting for your entities Ensure VAT submissions and statutory compliance are met Support annual audit processes and liaise with external auditors Maintain strong internal controls and robust financial records Collaborate with group and operational stakeholders to inform decision-making

What we’re looking for:

BComm in Accounting / Financial Management (essential) 3–5 years’ experience in an accounting or finance manager role OR completed SAICA/SAIPA articles Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail Comfortable working independently with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset Clear communicator, especially when working with non-finance colleagues SME or multi-entity experience is a definite plus
