Financial Management Senior AnalystJob Description Summary
Primary purpose of the job:Validate, control and process all invoices and documents, all potential subtenant recharges, settle all payments in due course relating to the validated operational costs, process all (sub)lease invoices and collect all cash from the (sub)tenants and support the allocation of cash relating to any (sub)leases, collect all VAT invoices, overpayments from landlords/managing agents and support the allocation of landlord/managing agent refund/returned payments in due course relating to any head or subleases of the properties occupied by Cushman & Wakefield's GOS clients in order to enable them to realize the maximum operational cost saving and prevent any additional funding or penalty cost.

BSC/MSC degree is required or can be exchanged with relevant real estate operation experience in international environmentProven accountancy/bookkeeping/finance/economics studies is an advantage1 year relevant work experience requiredFinance processing or real estate operation experience in international environment is an advantageForeign language skills required for filling the position:
English language upper intermediateKnowledge of French or any other European language is an advantageRequired skills for filling the position:

Enable the PSC and its Portfolio Administration Lease Finance Team to meet defined performance targets in relation to invoice processing, payment management, subtenant management, financial reporting, credit control and all aspects of Accounts Payable/Receivable or any other Lease Finance activity as requiredRegular tasks:
Daily and other BAU tasks to deliver:
Query management for required financial management queriesPerform ad hoc reporting requestsRegular monthly reportingUpdate and maintain accounts receivable & payable ledgersPreparation and calculation of finance amendments to tenant/landlord accountsMinimise invoice volumes awaiting approval or being queried and minimise approval/query resolution timesCreditor and/or debtor account reconciliationsManage service charge and other cost reconciliationsReview and validate invoice details, investigate and resolve invoice queriesSupport recurring & non-recurring charges’ payment process on time Liaise with creditors to obtain tax invoices for charges paidManagement of debit balances & returned payments/refunds from creditorsLiaise with suppliers, managing agents and other 3rd parties to obtain legal documentation in relation to queriesObtaining payment approvals (Panel A, Panel B)Invoice postings to Property Management & Accounting systemsCash collection – written and mostly verbal contact with tenantsCash allocation – matching payments received to outstanding receivablesPrepare monthly / quarterly SLA & KPI reports as requiredEnsuring client requirements and Cushman & Wakefield quality procedures are followedCollaboration with other departments (Data, Account Management, In-country team)Day to day identification of quality issues and risks and escalation of such issuesEstablish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with external and internal clients, colleagues and managementProvide advice / support to other team members to enable and ensure their contribution to outputs and adherence to proceduresSupporting the maintenance of BAU process documentsInternal and external audit supportSupporting the team's back up structureWhat we offer:
