Responsibilities:
Drive profitable growth by generating new business for Private/Not-For-Profit management liability products, including D&O, Crime, EPL, Fiduciary, and K&RUnderwrite and analyze new business submissions in accordance with established guidelines and risk appetiteConduct financial analysis to assess risk and determine appropriate terms and pricingDeliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with producers and clients in the assigned regionSupport both traditional and digital distribution channels for new business opportunitiesEnsure compliance with underwriting standards and company policiesUtilize automated systems for underwriting, claims analysis, and communicationCollaborate with internal teams to achieve divisional goals and enhance the customer experienceProven multi-tasking, prioritizing and time management skillsStrong computer proficiency including the ability to process a large volume of business dailyDemonstrated financial and analytical skills with the proven ability to make expedient and sound decisionsStrong track record in delivering timely quality service to internal and external customersDemonstrated success in negotiation and building collaborative relationshipsWorks effectively as part of a team; ability to balance team and individual goalsDemonstrates flexibility by handling day-to-day uncertainties while adapting to new technologyStrong oral and written communication skillsCustomer service and/or insurance experience preferredGoal oriented and results drivenStrong analytical skills required with the proven ability to make expedient and sound decisions, as well as taking initiativeAbility to sell and negotiate to achieve bottom line profitabilityExperience & Education:
