Introduction to the team

The Financial Services group provides regulatory compliance, internal audit, information systems and related consulting services for financial institutions, including banks, credit unions and other types of financial services companies throughout the United States.

Responsibilities:

Perform and document testing on consulting, compliance and internal audit engagementsIdentify findings and document opportunities for process improvementResearch technical issues that arise during the engagementAssist Seniors and Managers in developing strategic solutions to meet client needs

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencerequired; business, accounting or finance preferredPrevious experience in banking or credit unions, internal audit, regulatory compliance, or consulting services preferredCRCM certification preferredExperience with deposit and lending compliance preferredTravel up to 25% annuallyAbility to work effectively as part of a team and independentlyCreative problem solving and research skillsStrong analytical and report writing skillsMotivated to meet client deadlines and provide excellent client serviceAbility to handle multiple priorities, tasks, and simultaneous projects Excellent verbal and written communications Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
