Skills and Requirements Oversee accounting functions including general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, etc. Prepare financial statements and various management reports and analyses Accounts receivable and invoicing Accounts payable, expense reports & employee reimbursement Responsible for bi-weekly payroll processing including prevailing wage entries and payroll reporting Bank reconciliations, administration of deposits, loans, etc. 5+ years of related accounting experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; highly detail oriented. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
