About the role This role leads the full financial control function for multiple European legal entities, ensuring accurate reporting and strong financial governance. You will partner with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver high‑quality financial processes and continuous improvement.Key responsibilities Lead all financial control activities, including management accounts, statutory reporting, and regulatory submissions:The Netherlands – Blue Cross Travel Services B.V.

Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.Oversee annual consolidation packs and transfer pricing documentation.Manage relationships with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and authorities.Collaborate with shared service centres to ensure consistent and efficient processes.Oversee balance sheet components including receivables, payables, and intercompany accounts.Manage cash flow and treasury activities to ensure liquidity and compliance.Monitor and manage foreign exchange exposures with accurate reporting.Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and operational workflows.Support ad hoc tasks and evolving business requirements.About you A qualified accountant (e.g., RA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong technical knowledge.Experience working within international or multinational environments.Management of legal entities in Europe Skilled in leading financial operations with strong analytical and Excel capabilities.Able to manage multiple priorities and communicate confidently across all organisational levels.Collaborative, improvement‑focused, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.Dutch language is preferable Benefits Competitive salary and incentive schemeWarm, supportive, and open company cultureAn opportunity to thrive in a global environmentHybrid working
