Job Description

The Financial Business Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in processing and managing order activity while ensuring accuracy and completeness. This position involves working closely with sales teams, maintaining documentation, and handling sensitive information, all within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

ResponsibilitiesProcess all activity recorded in the order entry mailbox.Review product orders for completeness and accuracy.Enter orders for financial, commercial, enterprise, and national accounts.Create budgets in Microsoft Excel using data from Big Machines for revenue recognition.Review monitoring and service maintenance orders for accuracy and submit to appropriate internal groups for processing.Ensure receipt of required documentation from the sales team and submit to Contract Administration.Accurately log and track services sold for recurring monthly revenue for Sales Compensation purposes.Assist sales with questions pertaining to ordering document requirements.Create and maintain project files on the applicable Microsoft SharePoint site.Review and process change orders.Process cancellations.Assist with special projects.Maintain composure in dealing with executives, clients, and staff, occasionally under conditions of urgency and pressure.Handle sensitive and confidential information.Assist and backup other positions as needed.Perform additional responsibilities as requested.Essential SkillsCustomer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.Experience working with sales contracts and reviewing contract documents.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.1 to 3 years of experience working with sales contracts.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Reliability, professionalism, and organizational skills.Effective verbal and written communication abilities.Ethical standards for handling confidential information.Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to change.Sense of urgency and excellent follow-through skills.Ability to work well in a team environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting.1 to 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred but not required.Willingness to work overtime when needed.General business acumen.Work Environment

This role requires maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment, often dealing with executives, clients, and staff under pressure situations. The position involves handling sensitive information and requires professionalism and ethical standards. The work environment is collaborative, and occasional overtime may be necessary.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
