Key Responsibilities:Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management, with clear commentary on key developments.Analyze financial and operational indicators, benchmarking against plans and prior periods.Contribute to the company’s business planning process in collaboration with other departments.Support the organization in financial evaluations, including investment project analysis.Review and assess the performance of business units, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Assist departments in selecting and enhancing operational efficiency indicators.Identify and evaluate company risks in cooperation with internal control.Conduct competitive landscape analysis to support strategic initiatives.Provide consultation on financial matters within your scope of expertise.Qualifications & Experience:University degree in Finance, Business Management, or Economics.At least 3 years of relevant work experience in finance, preferably in an international environment.Strong process management skills and the ability to improve financial workflows.Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Oracle.Excellent command of Lithuanian, with very good English language skills.Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.Solid commercial awareness and a keen understanding of business dynamics.Ability to prioritize, plan and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.Company offers:Interesting work with well known international company;Organisation with strong and productive culture;Friendly and professional team and managers;Professional and personal growth and development;Participation in various inspiring and trendy projects;All benefits that international company could provide (personal learning budget, health insurance, bonus system, events, discounts, work-life balance and etc.);Working principles based on the companies' values: one team, do the right thing, take ownership and play to win.Monthly salary: 3000-3500 €/mon. gross
