Financial Analyst - Revenue Operations

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and solutions‑driven Finance Operations Specialist to support our Global Revenue Operations team within the Reality Labs (AR/VR) division. Role Summary

In this role, you will support the day‑to‑day credit, collections, and claims operations for the Reality Labs Revenue Operations team. You will manage dispute claims, contribute to month-end reconciliation, support operational reporting, and partner closely with various internal stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational OwnershipManage end‑to‑end AR/VR credit, collections, and claims processes with minimal supervisionOwn monthly Accounts Receivable and claims reconciliationTrack and report on key AR/VR operational metricsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with teams such as Channel Marketing, Sales Operations, Engineering, and others to resolve blockers and streamline customer claimsBuild strong working relationships across internal and external stakeholdersProcess Improvement & QualitySupport automation and operational improvements within claims processing and deduction managementMonitor SLAs, dashboards, and quality assurance metrics to ensure operational excellenceContribute to DTP process enhancement initiativesExperience & Qualifications5+ years of experience in Financial Operations, including:Accounts receivableCollectionsDispute/claims managementDeduction processingBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMust‑Have SkillsSolid understanding of accounting fundamentals and operational processesProcess‑oriented mindset with the ability to drive efficienciesHands-on experience with customer collections, claims processing, and deduction managementStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with corporate clientsNice-to-Have SkillsExperience in multinational retail and/or hardware environmentsFamiliarity with data analysis for reporting and performance metricsExperience working within evolving system platformsExperience driving process improvements or automation initiativesJob Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
