You will leverage data-driven insights, financial modelling, and market intelligence to design and deliver transformative portfolio strategies aligned with evolving business, talent, and sustainability objectives. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop Strategic Solutions: Support the design of asset and portfolio strategies for multinational clients across sectors and geographies. - Data & Financial Analysis: Build, maintain and operate advanced financial models to evaluate real estate options and scenarios, incorporating cash flow, P&L, balance sheet and wider business health impacts as well as what-if simulations and sensitivity analysis.
