Other responsibilities include securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts and resolving any discrepancies. He / She is responsible and supports all financial aspects and is driving quality and execution within business unit and ensures SLA & Business KPIs are met **What You'll Do** + Responsible for the functions of Accounts Receivable – invoice/credit note, miscellaneous receipting, aging review. + Process request accordance to Company Policy & Service Level Agreement + Timely response by providing solutions to internal customer queries + Complete the monthly closing activities in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner + Prepare monthly KPI, AR bank reconciliation reports and process improvement. + Ensure compliance with Company Policies, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, SSC processes and procedures + Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time **What You'll Need** + Preferably possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance or related area + Min 1-2 years working experience in the AR especially cash application/collection + Organized, Tactful, Dependable, Analytical & Meticulous + Able to work independently with minimal supervision + A team player and able to promote teamwork among the team + Computer literate, preferably with Excel spreadsheet knowledge + Fresh graduates are welcome to apply CBRE, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer (Women/Minorities/Persons with Disabilities/US Veterans)
