This role manages all financial aspects of contract management, ensures SLA & business KPIs are met, and supports both pre- and post-contract activities. **What You’ll Do:** + Receive and review As-Incur contract setup requests to ensure supporting evidence is complete + Review contract/project amendment requests for completeness + Create contract/project abstracts to evidence revenue recognition and other accounting considerations + Transform contract/project abstracts into manual input/setup templates or PeopleSoft upload templates + Review and activate contract setup in PeopleSoft, aligned with supporting evidence + Manage and monitor query resolution related to Contract Management + Check accuracy and completeness of change request forms, including pricing information + Coordinate input from stakeholders as required + Identify proper contract documents and templates + Ensure compliance with processes **What You’ll need:** + University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related area + Minimum 1 years’ experience in a Finance/SSC environment + Able to work independently with minimal supervision + High level of accuracy, numerical ability, and attention to detail + Proficiency in English + Team player with the ability to promote teamwork + Flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity and change + Computer literate, preferably with Excel spreadsheet knowledge **_Why CBRE_** _When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
