**Title:** Financial Analyst **Location:** Westford, MA (100% Onsite) **Duration:** 6 Months **Pay Range :** $41/hr to $43/hr (On W2) We are looking for a **“Financial Analyst”** to join one of our Fortune 500 clients. **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst (FP&A) who can hit the ground running with minimal training. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, hands-on reporting experience, and advanced data analysis skills. The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing or medical device environment, as these backgrounds align closely with our operational needs. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting + 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or similar financial roles + Strong understanding of GAAP accounting + Advanced proficiency with SAP or Oracle ERP systems + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex calculations) + Background in manufacturing or medical devices is highly preferred + Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot issues and proactively ask questions + Must be able to start quickly with minimal onboarding **We are looking for the candidate who are eligible to work with any employers without sponsorship** .
