**Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join their team.** As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will be part of the Treasury Department supporting cash management and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Senior Treasury Analyst
**Location:** Houston, TX (Hybrid: onsite 3 days / remote 2 days per week)
**What’s the Job?**
+ Monitor, analyze, and report on cash flow to support corporate finance activities.
+ Conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis on cash management initiatives.
+ Manage treasury operations including hedging, funding structures, and risk mitigation strategies.
+ Administer corporate banking relationships, credit card programs, and treasury technology platforms.
+ Support multiple projects related to technology, process improvements, and risk management.
**What’s Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
+ 5–10 years of finance or accounting experience with at least 3 years in Treasury Operations.
+ Hands-on experience with Kyriba treasury workstation (minimum 3 years).
+ Strong financial analysis, project management, and communication skills.
+ Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
