Join our dynamic Finance team as a Financial Analyst III, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting operations that ensure efficient package delivery across North America. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining global Controls frameworks for operational networks, providing guidance and insights to enhance compliance throughout worldwide operations.
ResponsibilitiesEffectively influence business partners and provide sound recommendations while managing competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment.Perform monthly and quarterly reviews of the fixed asset ledger to ensure data completeness and accuracy, executing corrective actions when necessary.Utilize solid financial knowledge and business acumen to construct financial models, interpret data, draw conclusions, and make impactful recommendations.Collect and analyze quantitative data to develop reports that drive cost reductions.Identify opportunities to resolve defects proactively and improve, scale, or simplify finance tools across teams and organizations.Design and build processes that enhance automation and scalability of financial activities.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.5+ years of finance experience or a Master's degree with 3+ years of finance experience.Proven experience in SOX compliance and end-to-end financial controls.Experience managing a high volume of controls across multiple networks with due diligence.Advanced skills in Excel, including Vlookup and Pivot Tables.Additional Skills & QualificationsMBA or CPA preferred.6+ years of experience identifying incomplete or inaccurate data and implementing escalation plans.6+ years of experience solving complex business challenges through financial models and analysis.Knowledge of SQL/ETL and experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools such as SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos, Oracle, SAP.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00/hr.
