ResponsibilitiesThe Financial Analyst, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, will support a portfolio of customer contracts by generating and reconciliating accurate and timely revenue and channel fee reports, processing partner and channel fee payments, and assisting in recurring and ad hoc analysis and initiatives as needed.
The role can be hybrid based in our Reston, Virginia headquarters or can also be fully remote.
Generate, reconcile and manage system revenue reports for a portfolio of customer programsCollaborate with accounting and FP&A to ensure revenue entries are timely and accurately booked and reviewedCollaborate with operations, IT, and Program Managers to update system fee schedules for assigned customer programsAnalyze program volumes and revenue and provide variances to forecast and budgetsGenerate and distribute periodic reports ensuring accuracy and answering questions from internal and external stakeholdersManage the partner stipend payment process ensuring timely approvals and paymentsReview customer contracts or other documents to determine reporting and reconciliation requirementsWork with customers to report, reconcile and remit channel fees in accordance with contract and customer requirementsProactively identify issues and escalate to stakeholders including Accounts Payable, Accounting, Program Management, FP&A, etc.Perform ad hoc account analysis and reporting, as necessaryAssist in company or department initiatives, such as implementing new software or reporting tools when neededThe US base salary range for this position is $77,870 - $96,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range provided reflects the compensation target for the role across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting or financeExcellent problem-solving skills and self-starterAdvanced excel skills – pivot tables, slicers, VLOOKUP, index match, macros, VBA, etc.Ability to develop, analyze, report, and interpret large data setsAbility to perform multiple tasks concurrentlyExperience in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains or other major ERPs preferredExperience supporting customer contracts and optimizing reporting and payment processes preferred
