Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Green Bay, Wisconsin. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to deliver insightful financial reports and analyses that support strategic decision-making. This position requires a strong background in accounting, particularly within the manufacturing industry, and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality. Responsibilities: • Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making across departments. • Participate in the month-end closing process, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded. • Reconcile intercompany accounts and balances to maintain financial integrity. • Conduct cost accounting analysis and provide comprehensive reports. • Manage the consolidation process during monthly financial closings. • Assist in preparing the annual budget and support year-end financial activities. • Collaborate on audit procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy. • Utilize advanced report-writing tools to extract and present data effectively. • Address complex financial issues with a solution-driven approach. • Perform additional tasks as necessary to fulfill the role's responsibilities. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. • A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and variance analysis. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. • Demonstrated professionalism and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
