POSITION PURPOSE

This position will provide financial analysis and strategic support for both a dedicated account and the local market brokerage team. The role involves preparing detailed financial models, conducting market research, and collaborating with brokers and marketing specialists to deliver high-quality client materials.
 

ACCOUNTABILITIES

May be responsible for one or more of the following:

Collect required data inputs and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to complete analysesPerform various financial and market analytics using industry-specific tools and Microsoft ExcelMeet with brokers and clients to discuss assumptions, scenarios, and requirements for analysisPrepare and review financial analyses for inclusion in client deliverablesSupport marketing specialists with creative interpretation of financial data for presentations and proposalsFinalize and package analysis for delivery to brokers and clientsParticipate in strategy meetings to align on assumptions and scenarios for pitches and proposalsDraft analysis summaries and collaborate with brokers for review and completionProvide completed analysis to marketing, service delivery coordinators, and brokers for inclusion in proposalsWork with graphic designers on related visuals for analysisParticipate in prospective pitches and client meetingsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s Degree (Finance or Accounting preferred)2-5 years’ experience in Finance fieldFinancial modeling experienceCommercial Real Estate experience requiredKnowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge in ExcelAdvanced experience in Argus and Real Capital AnalyticsExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skills

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 53,210.00 - $62,600.00
