Job Summary

This position interacts directly with internal departments as it relates to the following processes of the Pricing & Solutions Team;

Supports the Baseline ProcessSupports the Pricing ProcessSupports the Benchmarking ProcessSupports IFM Growth Initiatives

This position also interacts directly with external customers as it relates to new business and retention opportunities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Analyzes historical facility maintenance spend data and constructs a “Baseline Spend” document to be used for pricing a new business opportunityAnalyze and interpret Mechanical Assets to perform a bottoms up Cost Estimate for Preventative Maintenance and assumed Reactive MaintenanceAnalyze and interpret scope documents, lease abstracts, baseline data and property tablesOrganizes and manages a centralized cost estimating database and a formal internal benchmarking process to support cost estimating to ensure historical data is utilizedPrepares cost estimates and savings opportunities for new business opportunitiesPrepares financial summary reporting and estimates for Executive staffBuilds proposal documents (bid sheets) to be submitted to prospectsPrices contract renewals for existing business Qualifications Undergraduate DegreeFinancial/Business Analyst experience or Facilities Maintenance industry experienceProficient with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas such as V-lookups, SUMIF, etc.)Excellent communication skills – ability to present financial summaries to Senior Management and interact with clientsAbility to process large volumes of data quicklyAbility to master new technology quicklyFlexible individual willing to work both as a team member and on their ownAbility to think both strategically and critically Work Environment Cubicle office environment with a noise level of low to moderate. Travel may be required (i.e. explaining baseline process to potential clients, pricing presentations) Equal Opportunity Employer As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
