We’re seeking a detail-oriented and personable Financial Analyst to support our Retail, Manufacturing, and Transportation business functions. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and distribute monthly financial reports across Retail, Manufacturing, and Transportation functionsConduct account-level Actual vs. Budget/Forecast variance analysisCompile monthly summaries including Sales, Gross Profit, Financial Statements, and other month-end reportsGenerate Headcount and Capital Expenditure reportsPartner with Accounting to resolve financial inquiries from business unitsLead development of bi-annual Budgets, 5-Year Plans, and quarterly ForecastsSupport market analysis using demographic and sales data from ESRIBuild and maintain ad-hoc reports using Excel, TM1, and TableauRequired SkillsFinancial analysis and reportingVariance analysis and forecastingStrong proficiency in Excel (keyboard navigation preferred)Experience with TM1 and Tableau a plusExceptional attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionallyPreferred QualificationsExperience in the retail industryComfortable working with large datasets and multiple business functionsAbility to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
