Financial Analyst – Intermediate LevelJob Summary We’re seeking a detail-oriented and personable Financial Analyst to support our Retail, Manufacturing, and Transportation business functions. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for financial reporting, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Key Responsibilities + Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports across Retail, Manufacturing, and Transportation functions + Conduct account-level Actual vs. Budget/Forecast variance analysis + Compile monthly summaries including Sales, Gross Profit, Financial Statements, and other month-end reports + Generate Headcount and Capital Expenditure reports + Partner with Accounting to resolve financial inquiries from business units + Lead development of bi-annual Budgets, 5-Year Plans, and quarterly Forecasts + Support market analysis using demographic and sales data from ESRI + Build and maintain ad-hoc reports using Excel, TM1, and Tableau Required Skills + Financial analysis and reporting + Variance analysis and forecasting + Strong proficiency in Excel (keyboard navigation preferred) + Experience with TM1 and Tableau a plus + Exceptional attention to detail + Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally Preferred Qualifications + Experience in the retail industry + Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple business functions + Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
