Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and distribute monthly financial reports across business unitsAnalyze Actual vs. Budget/Forecast variances and provide actionable insightsGenerate monthly summaries including Sales, Gross Profit, and Financial StatementsDevelop Headcount and Capital Expenditure reportsCollaborate with Accounting to resolve financial inquiriesLead bi-annual Budgeting, 5-Year Planning, and quarterly Forecasting processesSupport market analysis using demographic and sales dataCreate and maintain ad-hoc reports using Excel, TM1, and Tableau

What You BringBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (B.A. or B.S.)3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reportingSolid understanding of GAAP principles (accruals, reversals)Experience in the retail industry is a plus
