Financial Analyst
Tops Skills: + Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, mathematics, or related field + 5 or more years of experience in a Finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts, or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA) + 5 or more years of experience leading teams in financial processes such as Estimates at Complete (EACs), Long Range Business Plans (LRBPs), Earned Value Management (EVM), and/or Performance Management Baseline (PMB) for large-scale projects + Candidate must be available to work onsite at our Tucson, AZ Location. Description + A proven record of supporting financial controls for an earned-value management-controlled portfolio of projects and programs + A growth mindset and be a critical problem solver + Initiates assignments and independently leads integration and analysis of resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools; financial EACs for contracts or programs + Leads or consults on the development of performance reports + Initiates assignments and independently leads integration of variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to senior management + Makes recommendations to senior management on financial performance and projections using extensive financial knowledge and experience + Leads or consults on the development of cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and variance analyses + Leads, analyzes and presents cases using appropriate indices to improve profitability and shareholder value + Consults on requirements definition and deployment of common systems, tools, processes and training to improve resource and/or business planning processes Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
