Why This Role Stands Out + Work cross-functionally with Retail, Manufacturing, and Transportation teams + Contribute to strategic planning through budgeting, forecasting, and market analysis + Gain exposure to advanced tools like TM1, Tableau, and ESRI + Be part of a collaborative environment that values innovation and continuous improvement Key Responsibilities + Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports across business units + Analyze Actual vs. Budget/Forecast variances and provide actionable insights + Generate monthly summaries including Sales, Gross Profit, and Financial Statements + Develop Headcount and Capital Expenditure reports + Collaborate with Accounting to resolve financial inquiries + Lead bi-annual Budgeting, 5-Year Planning, and quarterly Forecasting processes + Support market analysis using demographic and sales data + Create and maintain ad-hoc reports using Excel, TM1, and Tableau What You Bring + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (B.A. or B.S.) + 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting + Solid understanding of GAAP principles (accruals, reversals) + Experience in the retail industry is a plus Work Environment Enjoy a balanced work setting with moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to mechanical operations.
