Job Title: Financial Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support operations across parts manufacturing, sales, and global distribution. This role involves cost analysis, inter-company transfer management, audit support, and contributions to budgeting and forecasting. The Analyst will be instrumental in tracking production and inventory costs, preparing analytical reports, maintaining schedules, and performing account reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

Support month-end close processes related to cost accounting and reporting.Reconcile inventory and general ledger balances.Analyze actual cost reports and variances across multiple locations.Prepare schedules and journal entry support for inventory and production.Develop cost models for inventory parts and maintenance.Assist in operational budget and forecast development.Participate in physical inventories and oversee cycle count programs.Provide ad-hoc financial reporting and modeling.Prepare audit documentation and assist with external audit data collection.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis.Advanced Excel skills, especially for intercompany transactions.Experience with Power BI.Familiarity with large ERP systems (e.g., Visual, IFS, SAP, Oracle).

Preferred Qualifications:

CPA designation.Background in aerospace or manufacturing industries.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.High emotional intelligence and adaptability.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.26 - $52.88/hr.
