Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be part of the finance department supporting various business segments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Design and implement financial models and analytical reports to drive business decisions.
+ Provide business with building blocks to optimize financial decisions through monthly and quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and variance analysis.
+ Analyze financial statements, identifying key risks and opportunities, and monitoring actions to ensure delivery of financial commitments.
+ Assist in the creation of executive presentations and support the annual planning process.
+ Support the development of improved reporting and analysis for business activities.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum 2 years of Finance, Accounting, or Business Analysis/Planning experience.
+ Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; advanced experience including VBA and complex formulas.
+ Experience with compliance requirements resulting from SOX and US GAAP.
+ Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting from an accredited institution.
+ Experience with financial systems and reports, including KPI reporting.
