We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support our financial, operational, and commercial functions. This role will focus on revenue and sales analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and the development and maintenance of KPIs and reporting tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data accuracy, visualization, and the importance of delivering actionable insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, enhance, and distribute financial reports and dashboards, including customer business reviews, sales and commission reporting, and executive summaries.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize business processes, resource allocation, and deliverables.Design and implement a framework to identify, analyze, and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.Create and deliver tailored reports, dashboards, presentations, and Excel analyses for various audiences, ensuring timely and accurate outputs.Provide training and support to end-users of financial reports and maintain documentation of reporting logic and methodologies.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in a data analytics or data warehousing environment, with a strong grasp of data mining and working with large, complex datasets.1–2 years of experience in business analysis or sales operations, preferably in a company with a complex sales cycle.Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting.Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau is a strong plus.Strong communication skills and the ability to present data-driven insights to diverse audiences.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
