Financial Modelling - Conducts all types of financial analysis such as Cash Flow, P&L, and NPV to support real estate transactions for occupiers i.e., lease acquisitions, disposals, subleases, renewals, provisions calculations, etc.

BSC or BA degree in Economic or a quantitative subject

Required skills for filling the position:

Strong Excel and modelling skills.Excellent communication in English.Great attention to detail, diligent and focused.Committed, able to work to deadlines, prioritize and juggle between tasks.Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience and/or training.Previous experience in developing and maintaining complex models is an advantage.Power BI / another BI tool knowledge is a plus.Natural problem solver

Responsibilities of the job-holder:

Conducts all types of financial analysis such as Cash Flow, P&L, and NPV to support real estate transactions for occupiers i.e., lease acquisitions, disposals, subleases, renewals, provisions calculations, etc.Building and testing models to provide decision-making support to our clients on their business / real-estate strategies as well as improving the efficiency of existing models.Liaising with internal and external clients to develop an understanding of their needs and requirements.Preparing and presenting reports to be distributed to senior management and clients.Create bespoke analysis and tool to answer client’s specific requirements
