We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team, with a focus on M&A integration. This role partners closely with finance leadership to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll leverage your strong project management skills and financial acumen to diagnose issues, implement solutions, and support detailed expense management and analysis related to acquisitions.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial process implementation and improvement initiatives related to M&A activities.Provide project management support across various finance workstreams, ensuring timely and effective execution.Deliver end-to-end financial support to business leaders, including modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.Design and maintain financial models and management reports with actionable insights.Develop qualitative narratives to accompany financial results and analysis.Align financial activities with enterprise-wide goals and strategies.Lead ad hoc financial projects and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.Must-Have Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis or Corporate Finance.Experience with M&A integration.Proven ability to manage end-to-end financial processes and drive process improvements.Strong analytical skills with comfort in data and trend analysis.Experience leading or supporting finance-related projects.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with ERP systems such as Workday, Oracle, or SAP.Background in project management or business analysis.Key Competencies:Customer-Focused: Understands and anticipates business needs, delivering tailored financial solutions.Detail-Oriented: Produces clean, accurate, and precise financial models and reports.Curious & Resourceful: Continuously seeks to improve processes and expand understanding.Visionary: Translates ambiguity into actionable strategies aligned with enterprise goals.Team-Oriented: Prioritizes team success and collaboration across functions.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
