3 month contract position!!!

This role is HYBRID in AUSTIN, TEXAS. Applicants must be located in Austin. Role requires 3 days in office, allows for 2 days remote.

ResponsibilitiesManage and execute multiple complex carrier commission contracts.Resolve day-to-day revenue discrepancies with carriers and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely processes.Collaborate with various teams and external partners to drive accurate revenue and credits.Identify innovation and efficiencies, participating in system enhancement initiatives to improve productivity and scalability.Drive and maintain system automation, process improvements, and operational metrics.Develop strong business relationships with carriers and internal functional teams.Identify trends in billing or dispute transactional data using data analytics.Perform monthly close processes, including revenue adjustments, reserve analysis, and system reconciliations.Support drafting business requirements for system enhancements and participate in user acceptance testing on projects.Work closely with Information Systems & Technology, Order-to-Cash, and various Finance & Sales groups to ensure sustainable and scalable processes.Have a general understanding of GAAP & SOX controls.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar field.Ability to deliver high-quality and detailed work within deadlines.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.Strong problem-solving attention to detail.Robust analytical skills with strong business acumen.Experience in reconciling multiple accounts.Proficiency in Excel functions.Effective communication with cross-functional and external resources.Strong teamwork and project-related skills.Ability to drive process improvement, system automation, and operational metrics.Capability to capture and analyze data from multiple sources.General understanding of GAAP & SOX controls.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with SAP, Accounting, and Tableau is a plus.BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, or similar field; MBA preferred.Work Environment

This role offers a hybrid schedule, with the flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office presence on Tuesdays through Thursdays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.24 - $52.24/hr.
