Financial Analyst - Private Funds (Boston Hybrid)

Beacon Hill Financial is supporting a long‑standing private investment client in Boston with the addition of a Financial Analyst to its Finance team. This role supports a portfolio of private equity and debt‑related funds and offers hands‑on exposure to fund accounting, reporting, and investor support.

The Role

Responsibilities include:

Fund accounting, reporting, and compliance for a group of private fundsPreparation of capital calls, distributions, and partners' capital statementsSupporting investor reporting and fund administrationCoordinating with external auditors and supporting year‑end financials and tax processesAssisting with Limited Partner reporting and presentation materialsCash and investment monitoring and bank reconciliationsProcess improvement initiatives and ad hoc finance projects

This is a Boston‑based hybrid role.

Background & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)CPA or CPA‑eligible preferred2+ years of public accounting experience, ideally with asset management or fund audit exposureStrong U.S. GAAP knowledge; investment company and fair value accounting experience a plusAdvanced Excel skillsExperience with fund accounting or portfolio systems is a plusHighly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environmentStrong communication skills and a collaborative, ownership‑oriented mindsetCompensation

Base salary range: $90,000-$105,000 + bonus, depending on experience, plus strong benefits.
