We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated professional to manage the commercial model for global practice and oversee TMO cost monitoring. This role is critical for ensuring compliance with the BTL cost rules/guidance, optimizing cost recoveries, and providing actionable insights to support TMO management and global strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, demonstrates strong leadership, and is proficient in advanced financial systems and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Model Management (Global Practice)
Support CPC/PPR commercial model interlock between global practices and business unitsLead the end-to-end process for recognition, allocation, and interlock BTL costs & cost recovery between global practices and units, ensuring compliance with rules/guidance.Oversee monthly and quarterly actuals/forecast, and interlocking processes between global practice and business units.Ensure timely and accurate transfer pricing allocations and adherence to established cut-off dates.Drive monthly reconciliations and resolve discrepancies, enforcing rules/guidance compliance and supporting units KPI.TMO Cost Monitoring & Financial Reporting
Collaborate with TMO team and allocate the budget accurately.Track actual and forecast of TMO costs and analyze the progress of TMO spending and distribution reports.Closely monitor the TMO cost spending and provide advice on TMO budget re-allocation during the fiscal year to have better outcome.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and reporting automation (e.g., Power BI).Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
Build and maintain strong relationships with global practice FP&A stakeholders, ensuring alignment of financial reporting and commercial models.Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence.Provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership.Required Experience:
Extensive experience in financial management, reporting, and cost allocation within large, complex, global organizations.Strong knowledge of accruals and financial controls in a multinational context.Advanced proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP BPC), data analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data and present insights to senior stakeholders.Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
