As a Financial Analyst in our Finance team, you will spend each day partnering across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis, oversight, and coordination of budgeting and forecasting. You will be responsible for one of our key financial measures such as revenues, expenses, headcount, or profitability modeling, delivering value-added financial reporting and analysis, and assisting with strategic direction and decision-making. You will provide leadership across the FP&A teams, interacting regularly with FP&A Managers, line of business CFOs, and peers across Finance & Business Management and the business
Job responsibilities
Calculate and consolidate the month-end results, the forecast for the remainder of the year, and the budget for future yearsPerform variance analysis to understand the key drivers of the results and provide commentary explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgetsProduce weekly/monthly/quarterly and adhoc reporting of the results and drivers for senior managementEnhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possibleWork on projects to drive global consistency and create synergies across the teamRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
CA / MBA / CWA with at least 1 year of experience in financial planning and analysisAdvanced skills in Excel and PowerPointInquisitive, enthusiastic and diligent, and capable of challenging peersStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearlyHighly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlinesIntegrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential informationTeam player with the ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business, Finance, and FP&A TeamsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Knowledge of Alteryx & Python will be an added advantageShould be flexible to work in EMEA shifts
