**Enterprise FP&A – Advisor** **Position Summary** This Financial Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Performance Guarantee team through technical expertise and automation. The role is responsible for managing Salesforce data integrity related to client-level financial commitments, enabling accurate and timely reporting for modeling purposes. Additionally, this individual leads automation efforts using Alteryx and oversees internal service survey management across a broad stakeholder group. **Key Responsibilities** + **Salesforce Data Management:** Ensure all contractual performance commitments and financial metrics are accurately loaded and maintained at the client level in Salesforce. Manage data extraction and distribution to support financial modeling across the team. + **Automation & Model Enhancement:** Utilize Alteryx and other tools to automate financial models, streamline reporting processes, and develop scalable solutions for recurring analysis needs. Supports current Alteryx processes, troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise. + **Contractual Performance Commitments Oversight:** Support mailbox management and ensure timely resolution of inquiries related to financial commitments. Collaborate with team members to maintain consistency and accuracy in tracking. + **Internal Survey Management:** Lead the design, distribution, and analysis of internal service surveys across multiple departments. Provide actionable insights to improve service delivery and stakeholder engagement. + **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with Sales, Underwriting, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on data, processes, and reporting standards. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field. + 11-13 years of experience in financial analysis, data management, or automation. + Proficiency in Salesforce and Alteryx; experience with Excel and data visualization tools is a plus. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. **Location & Hours of Work** + Full-time position, working 40 hours per week with expected overlap with US hours. + Based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, following a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WFH). **About Evernorth Health Services** Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, creates pharmacy, care and benefit solutions to improve health and increase vitality.
