Financial Analysis Advisor - Express Scripts - Hybrid
**Summary:** The Rebate Forecasting & Analytics Advisor will perform a range of tasks and analysis in support of rebate modeling and value tracking. **Responsibilities:** + Financial analytic support- provide analytic support for key strategic Supply Chain, Product, and Finance initiatives + Rebate performance tracking- maintain and update the financial value associated with key strategic initiatives + Rebate reporting- create, maintain, and distribute macro/micro level rebate reporting + Work cross functionally to ensure alignment on rates and value + Maintain rates in the rebate model + Ad hoc analysis, special projects, and reporting as needed + Lead and/or assist in documenting best practices/SOPs for rebate modeling procedures + Work cross functionally to align on rebate rate strategy and intent + Manage tracking and entry of negotiated rates. **Qualifications:** + Ability to work cross-functionally to collect information and resolve issues + Ability to handle analysis from issue identification to proposal of potential solutions + Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines + Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently, remain focused and execute work with minimal supervision, able to multi-task effectively. + Strong communication and problem solving skills + Advanced Microsoft Offices skills (Word, Excel,), general technical proficiency in other office related tools + SQL experience a plus + Excellent quantitative skills and ability to perform mathematical analysis and advanced problem solving. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 95,300 - 158,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
