Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Advisor Assistant to join our team in Fremont, Michigan. In this role, you will provide essential support to financial advisors, ensuring seamless client interactions and efficient handling of financial planning tasks. Responsibilities: • Assist financial advisors with client meetings by preparing relevant documents and reports. • Manage client communication, both remotely and in-person, to address inquiries and resolve issues. • Support the development and implementation of personalized financial plans. • Conduct research and analysis to provide insights for improved financial strategies. • Handle administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate client records and scheduling. • Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. • Utilize financial software and tools to manage data and generate reports. • Participate in sales activities by identifying opportunities and assisting with client acquisition. • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed support. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning or a related field. • Proficiency in using financial software and tools. • Strong computer literacy skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets and databases. • Proven experience in inside sales and client relationship management. • Ability to provide remote assistance and support effectively. • Solid understanding of financial counseling principles. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
