Financial Administrator - Hybrid / Boston, MA Our client, a leading organization in the financial services sector, is seeking a Financial Administrator to join their invoicing team. This role involves preparing and reviewing invoices, ensuring accuracy in fee calculations, and supporting internal and external inquiries. The position also includes contributing to process improvements and assisting with system updates.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review invoices and related documentation for accuracyRespond to internal and external inquiries regarding billing and feesSupport audits and assist with data compilation for compliance purposesParticipate in testing and implementation of system enhancementsEnsure accurate account setup and maintain documentation for processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required1+ years of invoicing or related financial experienceStrong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)Familiarity with RevPort is a plus
