Our client, a leading organization in the advertising sector, is seeking a Financial Accountant to join their team. As a Financial Accountant, you will be part of the accounting department supporting various agencies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Financial Accountant
**Location:** Omaha, NE
**Salary Range:** $50,000 - $54,000/yr.
**Job Type:** Permanent/Direct Hire
**Schedule:** M-F 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Hybrid
**What's the Job?**
+ Prepare variance analysis and commentaries for financial reporting.
+ Process journal entries and maintain accurate account reconciliations.
+ Resolve intercompany out of balances within given deadlines.
+ Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly closing schedules for consolidation reporting.
+ Support internal and external personnel with inquiries related to accounting systems and processes.
**What's Needed?**
+ Associates degree or progress towards a degree in accounting or related field.
+ One year of related accounting experience is preferred.
+ Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to use macros.
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
