We are looking for a dynamic Finance Transformation Lead to drive our finance automation and process optimization efforts across multiple teams and geographies. As the Finance Transformation Lead, you will manage a small team of automation experts and collaborate with a wider community of Citizen Developers. Your technical expertise will be crucial as you deliver end-to-end automation solutions, reducing manual effort across Finance. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and build them using tools like Alteryx, Tableau, and Python. You will also guide and support other Citizen Developers, manage the project kanban board, and ensure we meet our annual automation goals. Collaborating closely with our Data & Analytics and Technology partners, you will optimize solution architecture, introduce new technologies, and maximize the use of our data resources.
