POSITION SUMMARY:

The Financial Support Specialist role provides essential operational and administrative assistance to ensure accurate billing, timely reporting, and smooth financial processes across the organization. This position works closely with the Site Manager and collaborates with teams nationwide to maintain consistency, accuracy, and high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable balancing recurring responsibilities with ad hoc support needs.\n

Key Responsibilities\n

Billing & Financial Operations\n\nPerform all billing tasks accurately and on time.\nReview, verify, and process financial documentation.\nMaintain daily financial logs, ensuring all entries are complete and up to date.\n\n

Reporting & Documentation\n\nPrepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports for internal stakeholders.\nTrack key financial metrics and escalate discrepancies as identified.\nSupport audit readiness by maintaining organized, accurate, and compliant records.\n\n

Cross-Site Support\n\nAssist other sites nationwide with billing, reporting, and financial inquiries as needed.\nServe as a resource for standardizing financial processes and sharing best practices.\n\n

Site Manager Support\n\nProvide administrative and operational support to the Site Manager.\nAssist with scheduling, documentation, and coordination of financial activities.\n\n

Customer Support\n\nRespond to customer inquiries related to billing or financial matters.\nCommunicate clearly and professionally to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.\n\n

Qualifications\n\nExperience in finance, billing, accounting, or administrative support preferred.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nProficiency in spreadsheets, financial systems, and reporting tools.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively across multiple locations.\n
