QUALIFICATIONS

Enrolled in a Degree / Diploma program in finance and or accountingStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient computer skills and software skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and OutlookExcellent organizational skills  Eligible to work in Canada 

DESIRABLE ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Working knowledge of CMI/Trans4M softwareWorking knowledge of PTS accounting softwareWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office.Automotive manufacturing experience

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Compensation: $21.31 - $26.52 per hourFollow Mytox / Magna financial rules, regulations and proceduresSupporting accounting staff in matching packing slips and PO’s along with invoicesEntering coded invoices into Accounting Data Base SystemReviewing fixed asset sub-ledger and depreciation, preparing asset tags and install on assets along with physical countsOther administrative tasks such as organizing cheques and EFT by suppliers, filing, organizing supplier files and so onParticipation in 5S AuditsInvolvement in continuous improvement programPerforms all job functions abiding by the office/work standards, policies and procedures as outlines in the company handbook.Performs all job functions in alignment with IATF 16949 quality management standards and ISO 14001Attend training based on Mytox’s internal training matrixPerforms all job functions in a safe, healthful and environmentally conscious manner, abiding by all rules and regulations as outlined in the company handbookPerforms other duties as assigned or any reasonable request by managementAwareness, Unity, Empowerment:
