Responsibilities The Opportunity Your Impact This role partners closely with the Starbucks Beverages Finance teams, supporting the financial side of innovation initiatives for the iconic brand, Starbucks. You will play a key role in shaping the financial outlook of innovation projects, while also supporting the broader brand finance agenda through reporting, financial modeling, leadership meeting support, and ad-hoc analysis that informs strategic decisions. A strong focus of this role is continuous improvement, streamlining processes, and ensuring clear, reliable data and version control. Understand and analyze the key drivers of the brand P&L Partner cross-functionally to manage financial expectations for innovation initiatives Support period-end results, brand forecasts, and executive presentations (POR) Build and maintain financial models and tools, including AOP base models and innovation growth models Collaborate on ad-hoc projects such as innovation benchmarks and documentation support Coordinate Innovation Leadership Team meetings and prepare clear pre-reads for senior leadership Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team environment Support onboarding and coaching of new team members on processes and ways of working Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Experience managing a Profit & Loss (P&L) 2–4 years of experience in Finance and Planning Strong financial analysis and data integrity management experience Hands-on experience with financial systems and tools such as SAP, SDW, FPS, Business Objects, Essbase, and TREE Advanced Excel skills Advanced English If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
